Products in stock will be shipped out within 2-3 business days after an order is placed. Please allow 10-15 business days for backorder items processing and delivery. Orders placed after 11:00 am PST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will process on Monday or the next business day.
No returns are accepted without approval.
The only returns accepted are if the product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect.
A claim must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. If a color choice is not suitable,
it is not an acceptable reason for a return.
Why did my order get cancelled?
Oh no! We hate to see an order get cancelled, and this truly rarely happens. However when it happens it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:
- Item(s) not available
- Difficulty in processing payment information (maybe an error with credit card number, expired card, etc…)
- Cannot ship to address provided
- Duplicate order was placed
