1. Where Can I buy AIDA Cosmetics products?
Aida Cosmetics is exclusively available on Aida Cosmetics.com Please do not purchase any Aida Cosmetics products elsewhere unless a selected location has publicly be announced by us.
2. Does AIDA Cosmetics ship internationally?
We do! We ship to lots of places around the world – for a list of countries we ship to email info@aidacosmetics.com and please note that there are few items that we are unable to ship to certain countries.
3. Can I receive product samples?
Unfortunately, we do not offer product samples at this time but we do encourage customers to email us for a free makeup consultation with one of our Pro MUA before making a purchase.
4. Why has a product been discontinued?
We sometimes discontinued products to make room for new ones. We realize that letting go of your “Favorite” product isn’t always easy but we strive to stay connected with new beauty trends. So if you have another product you like, be sure to stock up now!!
5. Are AIDA products hypo-allergenic?
All of our products are hypo-allergenic (meaning least likely to cause an allergic reaction) and non-comedogenic (meaning that it will not cause pimples and blackheads). If you are allergic to certain ingredients and would like clarification, please contact us via email at customercare@aidacosmetics.com
6. What is your return policy?
No returns are accepted without approval! The only returns accepted are if a product is faulty due to manufacturing defect. A claim must be made with 3 days of receiving the order. if a color is not suitable, it is not an acceptable reason for a return.
7. How do I contact your company about sponsoring and events?
For all events and sponsorship inquiries, please contact us through our website. In the comments section, include your organization’s name and contact information. Please note that we can only consider requests submitted 8 weeks or more prior to a scheduled event. Keep in mind that we get lots of requests each month and cannot support all of them. We wish you the best of luck and we certainly appreciate your efforts.
8. I own a small business, how can I order your products?
We appreciate your interest in carrying our products. First, send an email to info@aidacosmetics.com with your name, business address and volume of products you would like to buy. We will put you in touch with an appropriate sales representative.
9. How long until I receive my products?
Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery and order processing. Orders placed after 11:00 am PST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will process on Monday or the next first business day.
10. My order is international, would I be responsible for any taxes or custom fees?
Products shipped outside of the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, handling or other charges which are defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and AIDA Cosmetics is not responsible for any international fees that may occur. Please make sure to check with your local customs before placing your order.
