We all have been hearing a lot about BB, CC and DD Creams, but what does it mean? What is BB cream? These are the questions that you’ve been asking us, so there it is… all you need to know about the “Letter” Creams.
The BB cream and CC cream have been very popular in the United States and also internationally. We are now starting to hear about DD cream and people are getting really confused about what the creams actually do. Aida Cosmetics is now carrying BB creams available in 3 different shades so we’ve decided to break it down for our customers.
- BB Cream is short for for “Beauty Balm or Blemish Balm”, it’s a part skincare and part makeup product. It can smooth the skin and contains anti-aging elements. The benefit of the cream is that it evens out your skin tone, moisturize it, protect against sun damage and have a light-reflecting component that give your skin a dewy look! BB cream is the least heavy coverage of all the alphabet creams, so it does well with a younger woman or someone whose skin needs a little cover up.
- CC Cream is short for “Complexion corrector”. It’s very similar to the BB cream but has extra vitamin C & E. The main purpose of the CC cream is to correct complexion skin issues, such as sallowness or darkness/redness and just like the BB cream, it also has SPF.
- DD Cream is short for “Dynamic Do-all”. This the ultimate super power cream, it does the same as the BB & CC cream however the main focus is anti-aging. It works to diminish wrinkles and fine lines. In addition, the DD cream will balance skin tone and protect the most sensitive areas of the skin. This is a great product for a mid-age and older woman.
All the “Letter Creams” needs to be incorporated in your daily routine to see better and faster results.
